At CAI's Annual Community Association Law Seminar in January 2016, the Community Association Law Seminar Planning Committee was proud to present the first of its new lineup for the annual event's most favored session. CCAL fellows Scott B. Carpenter and Loura K. Sanchez hosted the Case Law Update, a discussion of significant cases that shaped community association law in 2016. In addition to reviewing individual cases, Scott and Loura discussed emerging trends in association jurisprudence. Now the Utah Chapter of CAI brings the expert to Utah to discuss the 10 Most Significant Cases of 2016. Scott's unmatched understanding of these cases, their fascinating factual backgrounds, and their significance to the community association industry will be sure to entertain and educate. Don't miss it!
